Shipping
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your ORCA Golf product within 3 to 7 business days of placing your order (this does not include holidays and weekends). Within 3 to 4 business days of placing your order, you will receive notification of your shipping details.
ORCA Golf will make every effort to fulfill your request on a timely basis, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date, especially post COVID. Please contact ORCA Golf at support@orca-golf.com if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Please note that the impacts to shipping post COVID have made it difficult to quote, or promise delivery times. We at ORCA Golf will do everything possible to accommodate our customers requests for specific shipping methods, but we cannot guarantee any special shipping request.
ORCA Golf offers US priority mail (1 to 3 business days) and US priority mail express (overnight delivery). Orders received before 3 PM CST will be processed that day. Orders received after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Orders received over a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders can be processed online and will be charged for shipping. For all shipments sent to international destinations, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. If the golf bag or other product needs to be refunded, we will not refund the duties or taxes that were incurred. How do I care for my golf bag or sustainable bag?
The micro fiber leather and recycled nylon material is water- and dirt-resistant, but should be maintained to help care for natural wear and tear that occurs over time. Bags can be hand-washed with cold water and soap. Stand to dry to maintain shape.
Where are ORCA Golf products manufactured?
ORCA Golf products are cut and sewn in Indonesia. All of our products are responsibly sourced, working with only the best manufacturers from across the globe.
Are your golf bags sold at any retailers?
ORCA Golf products are currently sold online at www.orca-golf.com and through partnerships across the US.
Do you have a showroom?
Our “virtual” showroom can be found at www.orca-golf.com,
or our products can also be seen in many green grass shops (Pro Shops)
across the country. To discuss adding our products to your pro
shop, please contact us at info@orca-golf.com.
How do pre-orders work for ORCA Golf bags?
If you decide to pre-order an ORCA Golf bag, you will go through our checkout process as usual on our website and be charged for the golf bag at the time of ordering. Within a week before arrival of your pre-order golf bag, we will send you an email letting you know about your exact arrival date. If you choose to return your ORCA Golf bag, you will have 10 days from receiving the bag to return your item.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates for purchase during the checkout process.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Florida, it will be subject to a 6% sales tax.
Can I use two promotional offers on my order?
Only one promotional offer can be applied to one order.
