Deb Bennett, Founder
“I’m always moving forward. I’m always learning.”
Deborah Bennett was born leading the way. Throughout her 35+ year career in technology leadership where she directed and mentored a global workforce of thousands, Deb has always put people first, led with conviction, and built lasting relationships. While her industry of choice has changed, her methodology has not: Deb is here to build something from the ground up and use her keen entrepreneurial abilities to revolutionize an industry in need of change.
As a leader within ORCA Golf and its parent organization, 17Yards Golf, Deb believes it’s time for the golf industry to realize that women play a much greater role in the future of golf than before. She wants to encourage women to stay and evolve the game as a tool for learning, growing, and community building.
“It’s time for women to realize the power they have. We are our own teachers.”
Erica Bennett is always breaking new ground. In her 30 years working in the fields of public relations, marketing, television, and education (all while writing and publishing her books and telling her story to numerous audiences around the globe), Erica knows that learning new things and forming solid relationships are key to creating the future. Whether she’s teaching herself design or building unprecedented partnerships with organizations such as the LPGA and Caddy for a Cure, she is paving the way with her commitment to empowerment, purpose, and inclusivity.
The principles that guide her life also are central to her leadership as a co-founder of ORCA Golf and its parent company, 17Yards Golf. Erica is strong and audacious... and she fuels the success of others by leading by example. She believes in practicing what she preaches and has built and grown ORCA Golf to not only feature quality products but to take a revolutionary stance and grow the golf industry as a whole.
“Women playing golf is the future of golf. Successful women break barriers and help each other grow.”

Doris R. Muscarella, PR & Media Management Director
“My greatest joy is working to be the difference I want to see in the world.”
We are beyond excited to introduce our newest addition to the ORCA Pod, Doris Muscarella, Public Relations & Media Management Director. We are about the story, what inspires her is the power of golf to open doors for women. She told us thrilled she is to be part of our team because our company’s mission and vision aligns with her life’s purpose to be the difference she wants to see in the world.

Doris brings her formidable energy and optimism to every project. Her business and charitable clients praise Doris for her vision, operational excellence and follow through on the countless details it takes to launch and perfect a corporate or fund-raising golf gathering.
Caryn Antoinette Morris-Desinor, Executive Assistant to President
Exuberant, bright, and deeply passionate, Caryn is the firecracker of ORCA Golf. An education major turned public relations expert, Caryn first thought she would follow in her family’s legacy of teaching and administration even though she dreamed of connecting people through storytelling and events. She soon realized that she could do both by helping organizations educate the public about what they love through public relations and marketing.
Right after college, Caryn joined an all-female public relations agency in South Florida, providing social media strategy and support for numerous high profile accounts such as Krispy Kreme, Fleming’s Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and several nonprofit organizations. She also has experience in special event planning and worked with commercial powerhouse Simon Property Groups to coordinate and execute their grand openings, fashion shows, and family-friendly events while also successfully driving their social media engagement up exponentially (62%)!
